Cymbidium finlaysonianum jungle orchid

Common name- Cymbidium Orchid, Finlayson's Cymbidium

Cymbidium finlaysonianum species  are  nomally found in Malaysia, Borneo, Vietnam, Sumatra and Sulawesi.
Conical-ovoid pseudobulbs enveloped completely by several leaf bases.

Flower blooms on a 2' to 5' [60 to 150 cm] slender stem carrying long lasting fragrant flowers.

Easy to grow- requires bright, indirect light,  high humidity and good air circulation. Roots can be tied to natural supports, or pot into small well drained containers.

Coelogyne rochussenii jungle orchid

Coelogyne, is a large orchid genus of about 200 species.

Coelogyne rochussenii  species, is native to Malaysia, Borneo, Java, Sumatra and  Eastern Philippines.  
Oblong shape leaves arise on pseudobulbs and is easy to grow. Locally, it is also known as “necklace” orchid. 
The stems can grow up to about 45 cm, bearing 40-45 yellowish green lemon scented flowers. These flowers open simultaneously. They semi-close each night and reopen at the next morning sun.
